Patty oversees the full operations pipeline—from property preparation, staging coordination, and high-end marketing, to legal compliance, vendor management, and contract oversight. She partners closely with the team’s trusted designers at Contemporary Design LLC, photographers, videographers, and preferred local vendors to ensure every home is presented with exceptional care and attention to detail.

Known for her problem-solving skills, fast execution, and proactive communication, Patty is the operational backbone of the team.
